The Winds of Shiraino

Information:

Ruya is the only one able to use her weapons. They were crafted by the famous Shiraino weapon crafter, Makuu Shiraino.

When using the fans, Ruya has the option of going into a "Wind Witch" mode. The Wind Witch mode is a power mode, much like the sage mode. She has a lot more power than usual in this stage.


Name: Bamboo Sword

Description: Made with genuine red bamboo from the forest of blood near the Shiraino forests.

Rank: B

History: Ruya was given the umbrella as a coming of age gift. Her mother had used the umbrella when she was her age, and decided to give it to Ruya. The umbrella was made by Makuu Shiraino, a B-ranked weapon, but works well for Ruya, she rarely uses it though.

Appearance: A standard red umbrella.

Materials: Blood infused red bamboo.

Drawbacks: Requires one's blood to fully use as a weapon. Ruya uses this as an umbrella.



Name: North Wind Fan

Description: The North Wind Fan controls the storms. The cold, snowy, rainy storms. It makes and controls ice and water, (and the Northern wind obviously.)

History: Made by Makuu Shiraino. The North and South Wind Fans were given to Ruya when she discovered she was a Wind Mage/Witch. The weapons are S-ranked and took Ruya almost half of her life to master. (Which she did).
The two fans needed a blood contract to be officially hers, she does not need to smear blood to use the fans however.

Appearance:

Materials: Bamboo and silk from the Northern Wind Tribes. The silk is described as "The Wind's Breeze"

Drawbacks: Takes a massive amount of chakra, which Ruya mastered and can control easily. To an average person, or someone not used to the fans, it can drain their chakra as soon as they take a swing.



Name: South Wind Fan

Description: Controls the Southern winds and lightning.

History: Made by Makuu Shiraino, given at the same time as the North Wind Fan. The South Wind Fan requires less chakra than the North, this fan took Ruya a few years to completely master. The fan is officially hers due to a blood contract she signed ages ago.

Appearance:

Materials: Bamboo of the South, called "Youth's Flex". The silk is pure and called the "Rivers of the South" due to the silky, slick feel.

Drawbacks: Needs Lightning as an element to fully use. Which Ruya has
